A neophyte who approaches the world of parrot breeding immediately asks himself/herself: “What does breeding consist in?”

Breeding is reproduction, it is production, it is growth, but it is mainly life.

The duty of a breeder is not only to think about the health of the animal, it is not only to take care of it or to worry about a good feeding: the duty of a breeder is mainly that of promoting life above all, even though this can mean to give up the idea of leaving for Christmas or for a summer holiday.

Breeding is loving life.

For a couple of future parents, a man and a woman, procreation is achieved in the childbirth, a moment of utmost intensity I had the pleasure to live: in a couple of parrots, the hatching of an egg is a life showcase, it is the true reward for a breeder, it is the certainty that maths, as we know it, is not always right because one plus one is not two, but it is three, four, five and so on.

Allevamento Loreti tries to be a project which looks ahead with the pleasure of sharing: anyone who has the will to have a meeting to share ideas, will be welcomed.
